With over a decade of real estate experience, Sonja Zoet is a highly respected Associate Broker and REALTOR® based in Southern Minnesota, proudly serving Mankato, North Mankato, Saint Peter, and the surrounding areas. Known for her professionalism, dedication, and personal touch, Sonja brings both local knowledge and a global perspective to every client she works with.
 

Sonja launched her real estate career in the dynamic markets of Delray Beach, Florida, and Fort Mill, South Carolina, before returning to her hometown of Mankato in 2013. Since then, she’s helped hundreds of clients buy and sell homes with confidence—offering strong market insight, clear communication, and expert guidance every step of the way.
 

A proud graduate of Mankato West High School, Sonja holds degrees from Bethany Lutheran College, St. Olaf College (BA in Studio Art and Asian Studies), and Minnesota State University, Mankato (MS in Multidisciplinary Studies: Higher Education Administration). Her international experience—living in Japan and India, and visiting over 25 countries—has deeply shaped her ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
